players should not be given prize money they win, instead, it should go the org. in return, players should bargain for higher salaries due to demonstrating that they can place high/win international events. If the org does not want to pay accomplished players, there should be enough competition for another org to pay them whatever they demand.

i believe this would help stem the bleeding from orgs who are operating at a deficit AND increase competition as players are more incentivized to move around, especially those who win top events.
