Not saying they will beat them but they could. Rise have been playing great this tournament and just beat cloud9 which most the other teams in this tournament thought they were one of the best because of how good they were in scrims. Rise are already warmed up and confident, while 100t haven't played a match in weeks and they're also worse online than on lan. Also Rise and 100t have literally never played each other before so you don't know how they will match up.
