TRENT has split from The Guard. He has been a staple member of The Guard since the organization first entered Valorant in December. Known for his eye-opening sova play, Trent has lately found himself taking on the sentinel role with viper, who has seen a massive rise in popularity in professional play for her oppressive role while allowing a highlight-centered duelist to entry into sites when needed. Going into 2022, TGRD opted to part ways with psalm and brought in Trent from the free agent market. Their efforts qualified them for Iceland but STAN KROENKE felt as though trent's play was subpar.

As of late, the team has found success in other tournaments, winning the YFP Winter Classic and the February edition of the Knights Monthly Gauntlet. The Guard most recently participated in the March Knights Monthly, where they won easily.

The next chance the team has to qualify for a VCT event is Stage 2 Challengers, which will take place in May following the conclusion of Masters: Reykjavik in April.
