if you truly ended diamond, you should be getting +30 rr -7, the reason rank reset is a thing is so if you’re boosted or were bad you can’t get it back. you’ll eventually start having normal rr gains around plat and if you win and mvp your mmr will go up and your rr increase will stay around the +22 -18 range instead of going +14 -25. Game is telling you if you want that rank prove it pretty much
