speaking of that - i've been running recently but two days ago i woke up and did a run where i tried to push myself. at the end of the run i was super nauseous and dizzy, but i didnt feel tired or winded etc at all. i ran until my body was drenched with sweat tho, so it was satisfactory enough.
do u have any ideas on why that happened? im guessing its because i had an empty stomach and was wearing a mask.

also, any tips for building stamina? i want to build that up without exhausting myself or getting super nauseous, but something i can do every day. also any tips on when to stop running. i will push myself extra hard towards the end just to finish that lap.

yeah the songs start of quite relaxed and have some occasional energy in the middle/towards the end which is really nice.
