conveniently forgetting how they smacked the shit out of acend before losing to the best team of 2021 1-2

buzz's problem is he is inconsistent and he is too reckless. if he cleans that up he will be the asian aspas/derke. thats what those 2 have above everyone else - consistency and discipline

they know exactly how far they can aggress without being in an unfavourable spot

if you told me DRX and GENG would get 2-0ed by two teams out of playoffs i would have called you crazy

KR casters are the only Asian casters who know wtf they're talking about and aren't biased, as far as I can tell anyway. JP casters aren't biased but miss things, and I saw a PH stream where they weren't even trying to hide the bias lol💀

Quack and that lady on the desk almost only hype SEA teams, Paperthin/Tasteless have hard east-asian bias, and Chobra/Achilios seem to be the most neutral.

let's not get ahead of ourselves, is it like a common thing to ignore the elephant in the room - Foxy9? Lots of Pacific fans conveniently leave out DRX in the equation lol...

Dep and Something can be up there

Not their fault, Rossi stuck in India and they were still figuring out their playing 5.

They go against DFM, RRQ, and TS.

If they beat TS alongside DFM and RRQ, they will likely make it to playoffs.

TS currently 3-3, they have to play DRX, T1, and GE

alternatively, if ZETA loses to PRX, T1, or GENG there is a possibility of a tiebreaker even if GE lose to one of TS/DFM/RRQ

If T1 wins only a single game vs TS/ZETA/DRX it will go down to map differential/round differential, which honestly might favour GE

posted about 2 years ago

what is blud waffling about they still have to fight for their spot in the playoffs tourney, anything can happen.

posted about 2 years ago

calm the fuck down dog. GE deserved this win fair and square

posted about 2 years ago

in that order

posted about 2 years ago

bro they could 100% have beaten PRX

posted about 2 years ago

no this is not like kc beating fnc what💀

kc beating fnc is dfm beating drx

ge always looked like they were missing just one last piece of the puzzle, they had really good pistols, good setups and ideas, but lacked some synergy and firepower, but with ayrin finding form and skrossi settling into the team and finding a solid starting roster GE will prob make playoffs - if they dont make it to tokyo they will for sure be a contender in LCQ

posted about 2 years ago

they look better than zeta and TS lmfao

calm down bro

posted about 2 years ago

ok lets not get ahead of ourselves bro GE has 2 koreans, a korean coach, and they lost to 2/3 korean teams

really hope they make playoffs though, i had a feeling they'd beat GenG today, was not expecting SkRossi to go fucking crazy tho

I know Sayf does the midrounding for TL.

As for "not even close right now form wise" the two are on different roles. Sayf is obviously more likely to take over a game when he's playing Jett every map. Don't forget we also take into account recent results from LOCK//IN, where TL got first rounded by TS, whereas NRG had an extremely close game with 2nd place.

MaKo is 3rd on the original list for his consistency, why should Crashies's consistency be ignored?

posted about 2 years ago

I fucking love Sayf but Crashies has been the best Initiator in NA and one of the best itw for like 2 almost 3 years now. That's insane consistency, and the value he brings in making calls and reads is a huge bonus.

I think the only time Crashies has lost form a significant amount was at Champs 21.

I think it's just your EMEA favouritism, because while I've been a Sayf believer since he dismantled OpTic at Copenhagen we haven't seen him match Crashies in terms of impact, success, and consistency....yet.

posted about 2 years ago

Crashies is not just what you see in game. This guy makes a shit ton of good calls actually, I was really surprised and impressed with his calls. FNS definitely relies on him more than one thinks.

Confused as to why players like Shin are in contention for 21 when Meteor, Laz, ZmjjKK, xffero/tehbotol, Sayaplayer, k1Ng, xeta, SugarZ3ro, Trent, Nukkye, Shyy, keznit have achieved more while performing better.

edit:
"best player as the one who performed the best in the recent tournament"

this is fair, but Meteor, ZmjjKK, k1Ng, SugarZ3ro, Nukkye, and Shyy have all performed better than Shin at LOCK//IN and in their respective VPL/VAL/VELs. And Trent is arguably one of, if not the best non-franchised player(s) in the world.
