it doesn't, it just means it's ironic that a german fan will talk shit about brazilian teams when their best team got destroyed by one.

posted about 3 years ago

G2 is a german org.

posted about 3 years ago

yeah Rb performed badly, ngl. i wasnt sold on him as jett ever since challengers.

youre a hardcore apac/prx fan tho going thru ur history so ill let you have it.

posted about 3 years ago

if theres gonna be a 16 team tournament emea is not going to get all 4 extra slots lol

posted about 3 years ago

i dont think u can say that when your country's best team g2 got 2-0'd by LOUD.

posted about 3 years ago

the DRX vs optic was very different from the DRX vs zeta to be fair

optic are just good and so are zeta, but drx were good too. its going to be an interesting matchup and i hope loud wins for revenge

posted about 3 years ago

no. but they would do better than g2 lol

posted about 3 years ago

oh. thats just cuz i was too lazy to answer to every comment + other people said what u said

posted about 3 years ago

im sad that drx got knocked out but that doesnt mean im wrong lol

posted about 3 years ago

because i didnt watch the LOUD game lol

i think the opinion wouldnt have changed anyway considering it seems that g2 got 2-0ed

posted about 3 years ago

LOUD won vs TL then, what's ur point?

individual talent i can see Jinggg but not f0rsakeN as he legit got shut down all 5 maps DRX have played vs PRX. From Berlin to Reykjavik f0rsakeN has never popped off vs DRX.

DRX's aim is still good, there's a reason a hyperaggressive aimduelly team like PRX still loses. if DRX couldn't win the aimduels they'd have lost ages ago.

As for PRX vs competition I can agree but at the same time PRX beat The Guard, who lost to OpTic, the same team DRX almost beat 2-0. Guard were also on their first LAN.

and it's pointless to compare team matchups anyway as its been shown any team can beat any team. im just saying stylistically DRX > PRX and it's proven to be the case with DRX taking comfortable wins both times. f0rsakeN going to DRX is not gonna be a downgrade lol

i love d00mbros but him asking for more slots even tho all 3 emea teams just got knocked out is crazy

g2 wins first game in playoffs: expected win they are #1 seed

prx loses first game in playoffs:
first game of playoffs...

just face it man drx are better than prx, prx themselves have also admitted to this. it doesnt mean prx is a bad team stylistically they are just countered by drx.

posted about 3 years ago

XERXIA style is very different from PRX style lol

posted about 3 years ago

ok, but that doesnt change the fact that drx literally shut him down when they played each other.

posted about 3 years ago

lmao was i wrong

i said that nukkye did not look good at this event and got downfragged lol

he does it best. i remember so many NA/EU players saying he could never do this in ranked let alone pro play. actually in shambles.

f0rsakeN and PRX literally did it vs both #1 seeds lmfaoooo

lmao ur hopium depletion is a dark day for us koreans

posted about 3 years ago

we are really really harsh. theres a reason korean teams in esports are monsters/robots because they grind so fucking hard and are under so much pressure all the time.

have u seen the movie whiplash? its like only the strongest in mental and skill survive. this is rooted in every facet of our culture and society.

posted about 3 years ago

i hope they do just to show DRX actually did well by beating them on that pick.

DRX literally beat PRX...

posted about 3 years ago

HAHA THIS COMING FROM YOU NO WAY WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REAL KOREANOVERLORD

posted about 3 years ago

lmfao if G2 don't adapt they will get skullfucked again. i didnt rate g2 coming into the tourney and ive mostly been right with my takes for this event ngl

posted about 3 years ago

i am being proven right. it hurts because i was right about drx but i am still being proven right.

posted about 3 years ago

how about now

posted about 3 years ago

the gatekeeper of this tourney. any team that cant beat PRX cant adapt, but teams that can deserve to be the best. i think LOUD and OpTic are the teams that could beat PRX, and we know DRX could too.

posted about 3 years ago

i dont think he fucked up, he came clutch on ascent.

posted about 3 years ago

well heres sth to put into perspective:

you know how there are drx haters in vlr?
well ive been seeing some of the korean response:
"top 6 at this event doesnt feel like top 6"
"drx how are you always this bad and never seem to learn from getting destroyed by fnatic and c9..."
"how could you lose to zeta division never lose to a jp team"
"always disappoint"
"just dont participate next time"

and this is from a community that barely gets over 5k viewers for their games.

imagine this but on a country's scale.

korean online community harassed a female streamer and her mother to suicide within the last few months.

posted about 3 years ago

yeah, but hes been countered a lot and goes invisible on some maps/series
vs xerxia game 1
vs drx map 1 and 2
vs guard map 2

overall mako pulled the team through across more games than yay imo

vs fnatic too

-Zest is legit. I was worried for his performance but him and MaKo were the solid rocks of the team. This guy IGLs but was dragging DRX in the last 2 games.
-MaKo was probably the best player in the tourney purely based off of impact.
-Rb and BuZz need to work out their roles because they would do so much better when they get on their comfort picks (Chamber/Raze/Jett).
-DRX need to have stronger mental.
-They also need to remove this habit of over-relying on their map picks. They've played Icebox too many times without switching it up. It's so much easier to antistrat when you play the same way multiple times. And their agent comps I personally feel are not the best.

All in all, compared to true expectations before this event, they did well. I'm proud of my boys.

posted about 3 years ago

That's cap lol.
TL only got past double digit rounds vs ZETA once.

DRX and NiP were the closest, DRX went double digits twice vs ZETA and rolled them on first matchup.
NiP went double digits vs ZETA every map they didn't win.

posted about 3 years ago

so? sugar and tennn have the same experience seoldam does on LAN lol

posted about 3 years ago

this is sugarz3ro and tennn's first lan too whats ur point

posted about 3 years ago

Northeption was the best Valorant roster Japan had produced in 2021. Two of their players (TENNN and SugarZ3ro) are now part of ZETA. And Seoldam carried them through LCQ. Bazzi wasn't even playing Jett as you said.
