aspas is the best because hes done that for years now, not because he beat zekken in one game lol

also some players are able to switch roles in a much more smooth way, heat for example is doing amazing as ini and he was literally a jett OTP for years

we have some IGL's in tier 2 that could make things work if given the chance tbh, also Mazin from MIBR is not bad at all, his knowledge of the game is pretty good and hes not bad mechanically, the issue is last year he was in an ego fiesta FURIA and this year he is playing with a bunch of tier 3 players (fr MIBR couldnt even beat BR top 5ish challengers team)
