all subregions will have open qual into a league style group stage two times a year kinda like vrls in emea if you followed
every sub region will send team to a final tournament for their major region at the end of year where teh winning team will be promoted to partnered team for next 2 years.

i was comparing it for next year as the regions would be merged so taking a look at where the major regions stand

• 6 FROM ASIA ,5 FROM AMERICAS, 5 FROM EMEA -> 16 TEAM MASTERS GSL FORMAT INTO SINLE ELIM
• 4 MASTERS PER YEAR
• 4 TOP TEAMS FROM EACH REGION TO CHAMPIONS
• INTERNATIONAL LCQ - 4 SLOTS TO CHAMPS
• 16 TEAM CHAMPIONS

probably not unless its an emergency substitute incase of visa issues health issues etc. not mainstage vct teams they can probably pickup from a tier 2 scene who have not competed in vct before. the same thing happened with guild .they wanted twisten from big but cannot get him because he played with big in vct and it wasnt emergency

so one kinda good ability that can work with smoke and other ability which is gimmicky but probably not good

i think it would be good for aggresive lurkers where they can just place the smoke n other players can take care of timings

• new agent has 2 stars like astra which they can put anywhere within a set range .
  -opponents can not see where the stars are placed
  -once a star is placed anyone on team can pop the smoke
  -smoke has zero visibility inside them ( not like brim or viper where you can still see something completely 0 visibility insside)
  -smoke recahrges after 30 sec

• rest 2 abilities are very weak

so the best smokes but no other useful ability
