navis biggest problem is ego, they will keep picking maps theyre weak on against good teams. they kept picking icebox against fnatic, drx and lost multiple times
they also picked ascent into bbl as an ego gigachad thing when they couldve clearly avoided it.
in lock/in they picked haven and lotus against fnatic when they couldve picked better maps, not saying they wouldve won but it wouldnt have been 3-0.
if they start playing to their strengths they become unbelievably scary

my friend went afk during agent select, he was gonna play kayo but the game instalocked breach for him, it all worked out in the end but it did throw our strats off. he was afk first two rounds and we pulled through!

unironically cryo is still a good player, people have recency bias. he is great on jett (not raze tho) and is going through a rough patch plus when your team isnt doing much to set you up, there is only so much you can do.

very cold take but sykko had no strats, their best achievements were antistratting optic once and auto qualifying to champs based on one run.
their coppenhagen run was embarrassing and they were by far the worst team there. chamber meta zekken and bcj really got them far, dephh had bad midrounding and sykko had no good strats. their best strat against optic rematch was an omen ult jett die with spike strat. the guard players wouldve done far better in franchising
