I can see two possible options. Either Vitality becomes a new FNC 23, or Vitality becomes a new NRG 24. In my opinion, it is more likely that they will become an NRG 24, due to the lack of an experienced IGL.

Kingg's IGL skills aren't the best, but he more than makes up for it with his fragging.
