Honestly I think it could work really well on paper. As we all know Boaster isn't as mechanically gifted as his teammates, so lurking might help mitigate that difference. If not on lurk we've seen that sentinel players in general are able to focus more on their aim because, as you said, you don't need to use util mid round as much. In terms of calling it's very hard to tell, I think that's much more of an individual thing so I think only Boaster really knows if it makes any difference
Boaster --> Sentinel (Will have to learn role)
Alfajer --> Duelist (Will have to master dive)
Opens up a lot of possibilities. Is this overcooking?
I would really want them to win champs if he joins, literally the perfect storylines all on one team
tbf they don't explicitly mention they're leaving valorant, I would wait a bit longer before assuming they are
good for them, I think they'll defo stay in the league for 2026 (on paper)
It's pretty good. I think it's just people poking fun at ranked (every games ranked system will make you go mentally insane if you play it enough, the threshold for FPS games is probably just lower)
FNC
been following them since first strike when they were a F/A team, became my favourite in masters 2 iceland.
idk if anything would make me stop supporting them, I guess it'll be a 'I'll cross that bridge when I get there' ahh moment
Who would you have in your top 5? And who would take Sacy's spot. My thinking is, he was decent in 2021, very good in 2022, ehh in 2023 and pretty good in 2024
KC are cooking, which is surprising after they dropped sh1n
tbf last year was so good, so much so that I don't think they'll top it for a bit
I would say:
1440p 240hz 27'' IPS/VA should be solid for you
some good monitors in this range:
It's actually pretty hard to recommend monitors as opposed to monitor specs since things vary a ton by region
I would avoid 27 inch 1080p at all cost, and even any 32 inch monitors, they are massive and usually are 4k (the only resolution where the pixel density is half decent) which means you will pay for a lower refresh rate
Oh I see, fair enough then. The way you worded it initially made it seem like you were comparing 2023 LOUD to 2024 LEV
what are your use cases?
do you have a dual monitor setup?
what kind of pc do you have?
whats your budget range?
needa know allat before I can give ok advice
1st third: LOUD > LEV
2nd third: LOUD ≈ LEV
3rd third: LOUD = LEV
so I think its unfair to say it's equal, I think Loud edges out LEV
Leo is very very very very good. 1 more decent year and he makes top 5, I'm kind of favouring longevity in this list which is why I would wait just a teeny tiny bit more to put him on there. But without dispute he is one of the best players itw if you measure by peaks, he puts up duelist numbers on initiator
i would fw this move heavy but prx are a relatively small org, so they'd really be betting everything on aspas (tbf he is reliable)
I can't wait for his return in 2025
You're right about him historically speaking, but at this point it's more about where his destination is, like what team can he join which will:
A) be able to afford his buyout (and pay aspas the amount he is content with/deserves)
B) build a champs winning roster
😭😭😭 i didnt come here to be attacked
Would fw it
but would it really get rid of throwers? (or toxicity in general)
he will win champs next year

he is simply completing pascals triangle (1st, 3rd, 3rd, ...)
(in no order, 2021-2024)
Derke, Sacy, Chronicle, Aspas, TenZ
im probably biased towards fnatic players though so take that into account
genuine question why is telegram so popular in eastern europe? I remember suygetsu mentioning they have a telegram group on ardiis' stream
I think that as the game evolves mechanically talented players will become less and less in demand (due to more supply) so these types of players will either have to have god aim or will have to switch role (we've already seen this effect from 2021 up until now, and tbf look how successful tenz was on smokes this year for example)

give it 5 years and I think val with get close (assuming that val keeps on growing at the same rate and league remains at sort of the same level)
tbf after how good last years song was this year was bound to be worse
I think it's aight tho, not amazing but not really bad
Want
Think
I'll be happy with whoever wins though, I think all the teams are likeable
Boaster for history is funny if you watched his CN ascension final watch party 😭
bro is haunted by Louis XIV 😭
also Chronicle was a professional swimmer before playing val so maybe he would be good for sports
Termi is up there for me. He always makes bad changes on paper but it always somehow ends up working out
What other BR orgs are there that could potentially pick them up? I think that would be the most likely option (assuming they won't be allowed in by Riot or aren't willing to invest in the USA)
Otherwise I can see Riot asking them to rebrand, sort of like acend sort of did
Instead of hurling insults without thinking (and for no reason not to mention) maybe actually tell us why it's false.
honestly I would take a spreadsheet based on official news only at this point
(my attention span is too cooked to read a thread)
Just saw the rab video, what happened to him is crazy.
Death threats and sending him a picture of his own house is insane behaviour, especially over something as insignificant as fake (or misinformed) VCT roster rumours. This started off as relatively harmless with the whole misinformation thing that Chunkio did, but it defo should not have escalated like this.
I believe it’s end of 2026 start of 2027 yeah. It’ll be tough because:
A) EG and C9 may bail them selves out somehow
B) the competition is pretty appealing too, e.g. optic, tsm, flyquest, shopify, g2 (assuming they get relegated in 2025 or 2026)
Sucks it has to be this way. At least he’ll be sought after in EMEA as an igl
You’re right, but it feels like they fixed 5 problems and created 10 more
Do they try again? or just call it quits?, especially now that from 2026 you are only guaranteed 1 year if you ascend
val
for all the flack rito gets I think they do a better job than valve in terms of updates and implementing community feedback.
That being said I do like the consistency of CS but it's not an excuse for being lazy with updates, tbf valve has been doing better recently but I think if val never came along to compete with CS they would've just continued to do almost nothing.
