the reason I want one so bad is because (I believe) I have every limited time skin (except for the first 2 BP's), and I'm sort of a completionist so I won't be happy until I do 😭

I made a post a while back asking how people got it, and I'd say 90% of people who got it knew someone at Riot. I'm ngl I don't know a single person who's gotten one by meeting a dev in game (except for streamers who say they met one, or people who post ab it)
Yeah what you say is true, especially the part where you said they'll not give one away just for being 'non-toxic', which probably means I won't be getting one from an in game encounter any time soon 😭
