tenz plays a completely different way with smokes than pancada. Pancada is passive and lurking a lot of the time while tenz helps create space and also unironically tenz is way more flexible than pancada so he is better for the long run, "because of his clout" is total bullshit

Sen were too passive this entire season and now they have finally figured out that giving tenz and zekken freedom albeit on diff roles is just the best thing to do

eg won major with jawg on omen, why is it so hard for people to understand that tenz is being told to play an aggressive omen coz other than zekken and tenz there is nobody else who is aggressive enough to take risks and space (which they were missing in early 2023 because the whole team was being passive)

sideshow reiterated this point many times, tenz isnt ur run of the mill omen plaer, his role in the team is to get aggressive and take space like what jawg was doing and plus tenz is only playing omen when they are running double controller(or cypher) which lets him have more freedom to do what he wants and even if he dies first it isnt a problem. Think about it like this, zellsis is the anchor while tenz is being used for his aggro playstyle to get more space and information and if pancada did that it would be horrible because hes an anchor/lurker and if zellsis did the same thing as tenz he would also fail miserably, zellsis is the only player that can be replaced by pancada rn but zellsis just brings more value

are u watching the game? what sen needed was an aggro omen player like jawg and tenz is obviously the prime candidate for that, pancada is a site anchor/lurker while tenz allows them the ability to get more info while also being active in comms whih pancada also struggles with, the team just played like shit on haven it had nothing to do with tenz being on smokes

head-to-head dont matter much tenz went +12 against cryo once but that doesnt mean cryo is bad and everyone is lowkey exaggerating, mako is obviously a better smokes player than tenz but through this game he showed that he can keep up with quite possibly the best omen/smokes player in the world

zellsis is really good at it but it seemed like they were developing him on the flash initiators and then suddenly started putting him on smokes on almost every map and also tenz just has a higher ceiling on flash agents than zellsis, we could see glimpses of it during the previous off season tournaments

hes just a worse version of jawgemo on omen but with time it can change, he just needs to be less proactive and honestly just do what the team is doing and buy pistol full util and get a proper gun instead of buying a guardian (i saw him buying the guardian on round 3 after losing pistol which isnt bad but its better to just full save and get a vandal/phantom)

sen were also limit testing by putting tenz on omen over the breach, thats no excuse especially since prx are the type of team to play neon on breeze during grand finals. They love to have fan while also trying their hardest to win
