EWC is a mickey mouse tournament but should they champ points to stage finishes? Nothing crazy but perhaps 3 for the winner, and 1 for second and third place. Give’s some level of legitimacy and teams will try more.

I still have faith in MiBR more than I have in EG. Their players have more growth potential and the team has a higher ceiling than EG

My thoughts on the top 4 team of our region:

1. G2 : They kinda got f’d from the tejo nerfs and relying on postplant heavy meta to close out rounds during split 1/2 too much. Now it’s coming to bite them with how less disciplined they have to play now and how they have to actual play faster. Without leaf, i dont see this team making far :(

2. Sentinels: holy shit this team is frustrating, feels like the only Americas team to have regressed instead of actually growing. How are we having role issues 2 masters down the line when the entire point of offseason and picking up bang and n4rrate was to solve these issues in the first place

3. MiBR : idk what the fuck happened in Toronto but Verno and Aspas will come save us. They’ve been growing so fast. But the tejo nerfs did mean that their team filled with inexperienced rookies had to adapt on an intl stage. Too early to see, promising.

4. NRG: skuba’s addition actually kicked some life into this team. I think they could be the best team in Americas rn with leaf leaving and sen crumbling.

Clip one smart play he did. It’s usually calls that he’s highlighted for. Not creative plays.

I don’t think I’ve seen FNS do one smart/creative play.

Pretty top tier no? His tp’s and smoke’s were incredibly impactful and probably the best after spring this entire tournament.

This core has to be one of the overrated team in all of Valorant.

Sure that they might have missed out on Reykjavik, but their run in Turkey (champs 22) wasn’t even that impressive only beating Kru, Xset and Lev. After that, a mid 2023 run for a masters winning roster and a horrible 2024 run (went nowhere)

Their copanhagen run is the only impressive thing about this roster. Unlike PRX that made multiple GF and show levels of growth. Why do so many EMEA fans rank this roster so highly ?
