IMO...... Have a bit more set plays on offense and defense like VS. That and just "care" more about this event than the last one. If anything, the poor showing might have "Unleased the demons" I think SEN is TOP 3 after Worlds.

Was a Vanity fan while he was on V1, but ever since he moved to C9B I’ve seen his true colors. Now he acts like a miniature Steel, talking trash to other players and running around the map with judges and buckies showing absolutely no respect for the game. Truly a toxic player.

I agree that NSG is a C-tier event ... the week events that is. But the Summer Champs NSG had strong representation for a B-tier event. And C9B appropriately bossed everyone. C9B's big success was GF loss to SEN and a 3rd place finsh for Iceland ( which is top 8 now for me). the main problem, which everyone points out is that there is not alot of events for Valorant to even understand how good teams are. I think 100T Ethan said it best "teams should be separated bwt , Good, inconsistent and bad" .

I think TSM and C9B are not bad, but inconsistent teams... whereas XSET has found new success and I still think it should be a wait-and-see for them.

I agree to a certain degree..... which calls in the minor adjustments. I think the VLR rankings need to find some balcence towards the weight of events...C9B ran all over everyone in the NSG event, thus shot up the ranking system.... which isn't far to a team like TSM who won the closed qual against Faze.

Do i think TSM and C9B are better than Faze? yes, but to say C9B are better than XSET based off the NSG event.. is a bit much

I think the ranking system here on VLR is good (needs minor adjustments). It takes into account both longevity and recent winnings. So FNC who have been great most of the year stay high, while SMB (who are great) have to work their way up the system due to newfound success.

Those that complain about the system seem to think one event is good enough to be 1st on the rankings and don't take into account the WHOLE 2021 YEAR.

Honestly, if 100T and NV play to their skill lvl.... Berlin is in for a rude surprise... The whole Val community outside NA is sleeping on NV and 100T. Which is good for both teams.

They have a real shot in the LCQ.... it depends on who NV or 100T gets that second place auto-invite to Worlds. But I would say it's down to C9B, XSET or NV/100T for that LCQ spot. C9B looks great at the moment.

I get why someone would think that about C9B... heck you can say this about any NA team outside of SEN 100T and NV. But you have to see the potential of this team (and other NA teams like XSET)... to understand where the hype is coming from.... We won't know for sure if C9B is Top 5 good until they, Keep the same roster and after the next VCT qual in 2022. The LCQ will be to early.

If SMB can win the run back of ACE or beat Gambit then yeah, they are an S team.The hardest game for SMB will be in the GF because SMB came out as a cool surprise but now other teams will be prepared. SMB is very good for VAL so it is cool to see them rise!
