LCQ will be tough but if they pick up a really strong controller, things change drastically in their favor.

Ethan was a tier 1 na CS player before coming to Valorant. The same applies to Nitr0 and such.

Tier 1 NA CS, for the most part, was TL and EG.

VS 2-0

Only team in Berlin to literally not show off everything because of how their roster functions.

posted about 2 years ago

2-1 100t

I really can't foresee an Acend win unless they pull some remarkable strategy out.

posted about 2 years ago

yeah but 100t got manhandled by Gambit on Ascent.

could you send the vid link?

posted about 2 years ago

so even if Sen 26-0 f4q, they don't get first seed?

posted about 2 years ago

I'm confused. Can't sentinels still take 1st seed if they round diff the f4q badly tmrw?

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah no duh cause we finally got to see the teams we all thought should have made Iceland the first time around.

Ex: Vision Strikers, Gambit, Acend, 100t, and Envy. The lineup with got for Reykjavik weren't the one's most people expected intially.

posted about 2 years ago

Bruh why tf would Sentinels try if they already qualified.

Unlike Sentinels, Vision strikers and Gambit have something to prove internationally. Those two teams, specifically, are powerhouses and threats to Sen. Why tf would Sentinels want to expose anything to them now that VS and GMB can study more vod footage? It makes ZERO sense.

Sgares actually gives in-depth analysis and has the personality of a great caster.

He does flame more on his streams, but thats fine because it isn't on the professional / international stage.

posted about 2 years ago

T1's looks fkin sick imo. Same with c9, liquid, and Vision strikers.

posted about 2 years ago

yeah I forgot to put them in there since they haven't made any roster changes since the end of stage 3 oops.

Also, I wouldn't say that they are the only team that can compete with the top 3 considering what we saw. Plus c9 has a new and strong IGL (untested), while TSM is looking to finally solve one of their issues, a solid controller (I'm implying the potential is there + Im a fan haha).

Nothing to be ashamed of dude......
Ppl are trolls on the forums and having a team repping your country lose isn't anything disgraceful.

The NA LCQ will feature the best teams in NA barring Sentinels and maybe both Envy + 100t (If berlin is NA's, then both are out). V1's roster is stacked and full of talent but so is everyone else's in NA.

Rise looks really strong and c9 reformed with Vanity. TSM looks to pick up Rush or a strong controller currently in the scene. GenG has insane firepower and prowess that could knock some heads.

Every team has something to prove here and V1's chances aren't the greatest just because everyone is so talented. It isn't to say that V1 isn't great, it's just that everyone else is just as great or even better.

He's still big in fortnite for obvious reasons (no.1 player from the first and only world cup).

But he isn't on the Sen Val roster so the comparison here is a bit of a mismatch. Psalm is technically the most successful esport player in Valorant currently (prize money wise).

Crazy Racoon would need to do a better version of the PRX strategy of breaking their opponents fingers in order to win this game.

Slots have always been about the population density for the game.

This doesn't mean that having a greater population = more slots, it means that a greater population that is playing the game will have more slots. If it were about skill, this has some form of logic behind it but riot doesn't work that way and it probably shouldn't.

That was the most shitty analysis I have ever seen and mean as fuck

Its one thing to take an analytical approach and say that CR has a lot to prove in this match considering their history. But its another to throw sass around by saying you would be looking out for the two rounds they won against Gambit. Acting like 3 rounds is going to be a big thing for them? The tone just makes this form of alleged "dry humor" seem all the more worse. What kind of professionalism is that on the largest stage of valorant to date?

posted about 2 years ago

you mean raze on split?

Actually, I can see why you said bind since Jett is a bit unviable on that map compared to other agents.

bro EMEA loses to top tier teams across the globe and suddenly it is compared to worse regions....
wtf are you guys on, EMEA teams are still VERY good, just behind (from most recent match history) compared to top NA teams and VS (KR).

The problem with english is that it isn't something well learnt by Asians just because of how the pronounciation differs quite a lot and the system between the two (Korean, Japanese, and Chinese specifcially).

I don't think it was on cNed at all.

It was a team outplay and its not like you can make up for a team outplay no matter how good you are.

posted about 2 years ago

They played one of the most strategic games I've seen in valorant. It's not just that they are peeking with more than two people, it's how they approach it with their utility set up and how the two people peek at the same time from different directions.

It was quite literally an out play on every end against Acend and they look like a threat to NA.

Idk about no competition

We have yet to see VS vs NA. Vision strikers is a team that has employed the most unique style and the most in-depth strategy I have seen. To sum it up in one word would be to call it "beautiful."

We'll see about this soon.

Aged like milk rippl

Looks like VS didnt win 101 games in a row for nothing

posted about 2 years ago

Idk about destroy because 100t, while seemingly worse overall, was still REALLY competitive when it needed to be. It might be a 2-1 in Gambit favor next time but I wouldn't say destroy.

posted about 2 years ago

I don't think 4th seed means much at all tbh. I know seeding matches do matter to a degree and are played at a competitive level, but the top 4 teams of NA and EU could change depending on the maps and the day (some players are feeling it on some days).

posted about 2 years ago

It'll likely be that with potentially VS in the mix. Every other region is simply behind in strategies / meta. It isn't to diss on them necessarily, but there is a noticeable gap between NA / EU and the rest of the world.

posted about 2 years ago

I genuinely think that Gambit got mentally cucked to a degree after that 11 round feat.

You threw a game that was heavily in your favor following a dominanting map performance but fate just went against you.

Gambit was the stronger team overall, but 100t was simply built for these situations (LAN).

posted about 2 years ago

I put hot take because I know to many, it is supposed to be an "acend sweep."

posted about 2 years ago

I think VS wins against Acend. Its definitely a hot take but I can see it happening.

posted about 2 years ago

Bro, it was the exact opposite when 100t lost the first map handedly.

It goes both ways, and its a dumb asf convo

posted about 2 years ago

Because they do need another fragger other than Asuna.

posted about 2 years ago

Go to the threads list. There is an entire discussion on how CIS isn't apart of Europe, regardless if it is a bait or not.

posted about 2 years ago

Rippp that sucks. Exciting match regardless on that second map specifically.

posted about 2 years ago

Clean sweep but ggs to him.

posted about 2 years ago

my guy, read the other threads.

Also, he has a reputation for being a 100t fanboy but not on the levels of Netero and Getsy for their respective teams.

posted about 2 years ago

nah you wrong. 100t will get the dub just trust it

posted about 2 years ago

They are apart of both Europe and Asia....

posted about 2 years ago

I've been here since the beginning my guy

posted about 2 years ago

Bro this man always performs during a clutch lmaooo wtf but under normal circumstances is about average

I don't get it but 100t benefitted from it in the last round so who the fuck cares lmao

posted about 2 years ago

I trust the process.

posted about 2 years ago

so.....not a sweep but its 1-1 now....

posted about 2 years ago

why do these posts keep coming in as 100t keeps closing the gap?

posted about 2 years ago

Shit load of momentum on 100t's side. Damn

posted about 2 years ago

sheeesh, still believing but it aint lookin too good ngl

posted about 2 years ago

A good sova could solve majority of a teams problems.

If we completely disregard his history, Sinatraa could help 100t. Hiko is kinda a lackluster sova player compared to others in the same field (ex: sinatraa or crashies) and 100t also need more firepower other than "asuna go kill."

Again, I'm not saying sinatraa would go to 100t at any capacity. But saying he wouldn't help with 100t's situation would be wrong.

posted about 2 years ago

This is gambit map pick however, they look so fucking dominant its actually scary. I thought the CR thing was just a strong region vs a weak region but damn, this is the real deal. They really are the top of their region.
