I would, however they didn't get nearly as much success as acend. I would say that KRU have improved the most however, their run at champs was lucky

LOL, I do understand your point. You didnt give the best example though.

posted about 3 years ago

I did. Liquid honestly got destroyed and acend played amazingly that day.

LMFAOOOO NO WAY YOU RESPONDED THIS IS THE PEAK OF MY VLR CAREER

I would LOVE to be disproved. This post was in no way any hate just my analysis of things and a conversation starter

posted about 3 years ago

Thats true, I just think that since I've seen Liquid play more Im biased

posted about 3 years ago

I dont think SEN is consistent at all. They were at the beginning of the year, however they were given a free pass to all the LANs and did not take advantage of it. Thats what lead to their poor performance in the end of the year. On the other hand, I do not think c9 are consistent at all either. No success in the beginning of the year, however they did pick things up in the LCQ. I think they have potential though!

posted about 3 years ago

Yea they did however after that until masters 3 they had no success. Even in Masters 3 they did bad.

posted about 3 years ago

I honestly agreee

LCQ?

In the EMEA scene yes they have

  1. Gambit has placed top 1-2 in both lans they have played
  2. In the EMEA scene, Liquid just seemed so dominant.
posted about 3 years ago

I never said anything about fnatic?

posted about 3 years ago

Idk I feel like liquid and gambit are a whole lot more consistent

posted about 3 years ago

Yea but I meant success on the international/lan level. I feel like they might not even make it there.

posted about 3 years ago

Am I the only one who feels like the Acend champs run was a fluke/wont happen again? In my eyes they have not been the most consistent team at all, I honestly do not think they can repeat the success they had again.

Edit:

Damn bruh I just wanted to have some good debate and conversation I didnt know this would trigger everyone.

Group B

I think that a lot of things could happen in this group since this is by far the harder group. I think that acend might not come out as the 1 seed maybe 2/3 seed. I think that either fnatic or guild will take the 1 seed. It all depends on how well fnatic are doing with their new pickup and how much they have practiced with him. I also think that fnatic has a chance of underperforming a lot because of their new pickup. I think that guild looks extremely strong in this group and can definitely take the 1 seed. I havent watched much of turkey val but smb looks like a strong team with potential, so I am excited to see where they place. As for G2, there is still a lot they need to work on to beat the better t1 teams but i do think they will easily place 4/5th. Idk much about BBL so no comment there.

Group A
I think that Gambit will take the 1 seed. They are the most consistent team out of all the other EMEA teams and if they keep that up, they will 100% get 1 seed. I think that there is potential for BIG to upset liquid for the 2 seed. Big looks extremely strong at the moment and they seem to learn from their mistakes and adapt easily. If they prepare they can 100% pull off an upset. On the other hand tho, i think that there will be lots of competition for the 3 seed between ldn and big. I think both teams have the ability to learn and adapt and i am looking forward to see their games. I have not seen much from fpx, however after they beat navi and came back from a 2:0 lead, I think this team has a strong mental and if they keep training hard they can pull off some decent upsets. Navi is the weakest in this group in my opinion. They have a lot to work on together as a team however in the future they could be strong contenders.

posted about 3 years ago

Yea I really hope thats what theyre doing but still, these are tier 1 players with or without strats they should be doing better than this. Atleast theyre putting in work tho!

posted about 3 years ago

They do not look good at all. Im hoping it is because they havent gotten much time to practice together but still... I had high hopes for them

posted about 3 years ago

You really think so? Gambit is 100% top 2 team in the world at the moment, beating such a team would be so hard.

they refresh like astra

TLDR:

Someone lied abt testing negative for covid and went to a LAN event knowing the risks and implications that he probs has covid. Also, nerdstreet was not checking for vaccination cards or negative results even though they said they would before you could enter the LAN.

posted about 3 years ago

even then, astra is much better controller.

Imo they need to give him 2 unlimited smokes instead of just one which refresh faster.
His blind should not affect teammates
Faster TP
His ult should blind all nearby enemies once he confirms his ult.

I miss playing him. Used to be a cracked one trick omen. what can they do to even buff him though?

L kristof + ratio. Don't disrespect vlr devs. Ever.

Title. Im tired of seeing these T1 teams stomp T2 teams I wanna see good matches with the champs teams. What tournament did they qualify for and when is it?

posted about 3 years ago

Yea but then he has absolutely no right to bitch so much about no teams picking him up

with the new variants yea, but it still def does help the severity of the virus if and when it hits you

Wants to possibly ruin his career based off one or two pricks in his arm which is scientifically proven to protect you and others. And has the biggest ego off placing top four in one tournament.

Promising looking player. He is a sova player so that is very good aswell.

Don’t care + ratio + vision strikers fell off + yb better

It’s 50/50 for me in my comp games. I think it’s based on team comp tho mostly.

posted about 3 years ago

Interesting. I’ve always thought breeze was a well balanced map so it will be interesting to see how these changes affect attack and defense sides

There is no doubt in my mind. These kills he is getting and tping out are insane. LG supremacyyyy

Hopium levels at an all time high

posted about 3 years ago

Bro gambit and acend built different Fr

Gambit has had a total of 1160 practices/scrimmages in the whole year. On average 3.2 times a day, no wonder they are so consistent.

Acend scrummed a total of 648 scrimmages in the whole year before champs. On top of that they won 460 of them.

This kind of dedication is what led them to semifinals

Yea lol I never said anything abt him being guilty or innocent but based on our current knowledge we can only say he’s in the clear. either I just said that there was some incriminating evidence. 🤝

posted about 3 years ago

You can’t know that lol. We can’t say if it was out of context or in context. Also Cleo said she had more evidence. I’m not sure why she stopped the trial/accusation so we have to believe sinatraa is innocent but it’s hard to believe that kind of a clip could be taken out of context.

posted about 3 years ago

There is solid evidence including voice recordings that he did something tho? You can’t say it was false accusations if there is solid physical evidence.

Kcp, akrew, soar

posted about 3 years ago

If I’m not mistaken he’s currently a cs pro. Also he might want to stick to Val content creation since it makes more money than pro play.

posted about 3 years ago

Rumored he might sign with liquid

George literally just tweeted that it’s false

I honestly doubt it’s true but if it is true that’s a huge move for nv but could be a pr nightmare
