when you have a problem remembering to drink water just remember that you have easy acces to water from your tap and in many many places people dont and it's harder for them
i used to drink 2-3 liters a day when i was young and my tap water was drinkable

They are bringing Karthus from League that can cast while dead. It's just the question of for how long and is it a passive or ult that allows that
I bet the ult will be something llke "If you die while having ULT fully charged - you will get cacooned instead and be able to activate the ULT to come back to life"
Sounds kinda op so it's gonna have an extra step or condition. Like, the death has to occure in certain location that you will have to determine beforehand. Or you will have to smoke something while cacooned to then appear inside that smoke.

Right now Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia have 5 (!!!) players in top 10 of EMEA Kickoff by VLR rating; 3(!!!) of them are in top 4. And that's with combined population of just over 6 million people!!!
This is insane results!
p.s.: Lithuania has 3 players: Boo (2nd) MiniBoo (3rd) and Cender (7th); Estonia has 1: Kicks (4th); Latvia has 1: ardiis (10th)
GENG and PRX played each other in groups, so GENG (play in\Phase 2 winner) were placed in the other group
(I have no idea how they decided who gets to play PRX between T1 and DRX)

If 2 best teams happen to face each other in palyoffs - gg for the region, we now send 1st and 3rd best teams instead of 2 strongest teams.
