I need to see this match for best Korean team. Also, BuZz... Please don't own DRX when we play...

posted 8 months ago

To be fair, it was clear that BeYN didn't find scan initiator the most comfortable role. Even though Flashback and Athan will also need time to adapt, at least they have insane aim.

posted 9 months ago

Thanks, Captain Obvious.

posted 9 months ago

What do you mean...? I know there were rumors circulating for a while but I posted this thread 3 minutes after Athan was officially announced...

posted 9 months ago

Admittingly, he wasn't my first choice. However, he was our best shooter at TEN Asia Invitational even with some of the best aimers in the world on his team. Welcome home DRX Athan!

posted 9 months ago

If we win Sunset, then I am confident in our Lotus. Not sure if that's a big if or not...

posted 9 months ago

Nevermind. Good game.

posted 9 months ago

He's my stinger merchant! That clutch will win us the game...

posted 9 months ago

We beat GEN down 4 - 8 going into defense and we beat FPX down 3 - 9 going into defense... What's to say we can't beat TLN down 2 - 10 going into defense...?

posted 9 months ago

Well I guess I manifested it because we just won our first round this game!

posted 9 months ago

Worst attack, best defense... Praying for our third comeback on Ascent.

posted 9 months ago

You're my new favorite bait account...

posted 9 months ago

Thank goodness he proved on Abyss that he can still shoot! I was getting worried after yesterday's performances... In terms of Sova utility, he still has a lot to learn. Seems like Korea really struggles to produce consistently world-class initiators. I initially expected him to be on flex while Athan is on initiator but the latter is absolutely cooking.

posted 9 months ago

Tell aspas to accept minimum wage and start playing flex. Then we might consider him over Athan!

posted 9 months ago

DRX can potentially play 7 maps in a row today... Must mean that an international event grand final is even more mickey mouse than this tournament since it only has 5 maps in a day.

posted 9 months ago

Honestly nobody expected him to be this good. Only player on our team to have gone positive in all 4 matches we've played so far. At this rate, we're definitely going to be getting an announcement of his signing for the VCT 2025 season soon.

posted 9 months ago

That is quite literally what this roster has most of... Probably the best collective set of shooters I have ever seen...

posted 9 months ago

New roster with new roles but still the best team in the world on Abyss! Lovely victory against FPX that could've been an even greater round difference on another day.

posted 9 months ago

This new squad is quite interesting and exciting. HYUNMIN in particularly brings a previously unseen at DRX aggressive quality. However, I feel as though we throw a lot more rounds. I hope this is something we can easily fix though!

From a neutral standpoint, this is the most hype El Clásico since Messi vs. Ronaldo.
Barcelona need to win to stop Real Madrid from claiming the longest unbeaten streak, held by themselves in fact.
Real Madrid need to win to go level with Barcelona at the top.
The narratives are so exciting!

Will use White Reaver Phantom as well because I love Reaver!

posted 9 months ago

If Athan keeps it up he could be another rookie gem like Flashback!

posted 9 months ago

Almost as bad of bottlejobs as Arsenal!

posted 9 months ago

I agree, it‘s just always the same people who don’t rate China.

posted 9 months ago

Yes, I know it was poor at the start and it’s “just FPX.” However having a good mental is half the battle towards creating a good roster. So DRX fans should be both relieved and happy!

posted 9 months ago

s0m will be a top 3 controller in VCT Americas next season... FNS is holding him and the rest of NRG back.

I think the original post is wrong because Pulisic went to Serie A not Ligue 1.

Interesting to see that GMB is the only team on here that isn't within two places across the tables. They tended to win maps convincingly, not letting up more than 10 rounds on 10 of their 12 maps won.

Okay sure, yoman hasn't yet proved his IGL in international events but that doesn't warrant you calling me a Koreaboo. You started by hating on yoman while I simply said FNS is more overrated. That doesn't necessarily mean one is better than the other. Search up what overrated means. Honestly just get off this site. There's a higher chance that you're a Koreaboo over me because I'm actually Korean.

posted 9 months ago

Mate, you've been on VLR since October 11. I'm probably the only Korean you've seen on VLR. Also, how am I acting like a Koreaboo? For the last time, I have said that yoman isn't my favorite choice for GEN. You might have a problem man. VLR isn't the website for you.

posted 9 months ago

I'm the one making childish comments? You literally called me a Koreaboo ruining Korean fans reputation on VLR... You were the one that immaturely made it personal after I replied about Valorant...

posted 9 months ago

Bro can't admit he's cooked...

posted 9 months ago

I'm quite literally Korean... Also I said in the original post that I'm not a big fan of yoman on GEN. You might be neurotic, mate.

posted 9 months ago

yoman with the rest of prime OPTC would easily have won 2022 Masters Reykjavík... Perhaps even more convincingly.

posted 9 months ago

Oh I see what you mean. Yeah, that makes is really weird...

posted 9 months ago

Initiator alongside IGL. He's heavily praised and rightly so.

posted 9 months ago

What do you mean? GEN just announced yoman.

posted 9 months ago

Munchkin is clear of yoman...

posted 9 months ago

Would rather Lakia or Zest over yoman and I'm hopeful one of those deals can happen now that yoman is on GEN.

posted 9 months ago

Bro hasn't heard of FNS...

posted 9 months ago

I think I'm just a Lakia lover, so I don't see yoman as a big upgrade. However, I would be happy to be proved wrong!

posted 9 months ago

He just got announced!

posted 9 months ago

Personally, I'm not actually too much of a fan of this... But I hope GEN still do well!

posted 9 months ago

Not sure about GEN but Sayaplayer definitely deserves a team.

posted 9 months ago

I agree. When Flashback was away, Foxy9 on sentinel and BeYN on flex were their best versions.

posted 9 months ago

I'm leaking.
