The thing about skillZ is that his numbers aren’t nearly as good internationally as they are domestically. Plus, Ember can IGL unlike skillZ which is important in a region like India. A team with both Marzil, Ember and coaches like yb and eraser would be optimal in terms of strat making and adapting.

And alright, lets say you have LF instead of Paradox, how would the comps work out? Who would play Yoru on Pearl or Neon on Fracture? LF isn’t really that great on roles that aren’t KAY/O and Raze aside from maybe his Viper or Jett (which Ember and SkRossi already do on the roster) as opposed to Paradox who has proved he can play Raze, Yoru, KAY/O and Neon all to Tier 1 extent.

As for Excali, If we had him on the roster instead of Kohliii, who would be the second breach player? A big part of Global Esports roles was that KappA and HellrangeR shared the Breach role. Breach is a big part of today’s meta and having 2 skilled breach players is a really advantageous thing to have in terms of role flexibility and Excali can’t play breach which would lead to comps falling apart on some maps.

Even so, who would play smokes on the team? It would be uncomfortable for at least one of them considering they haven’t played smokes in a very long time and the roles just wouldn’t mesh together well. Without the set smokes player that is Ember, the roster lacks a lot of structure and it would cost them a lot. 2 flex players isn’t what a team like this needs.

Whats wrong with Marzil 💀💀💀

Paradox and Lightningfast play very similar roles but Paradox does so with a bit more flexibility and firepower (over past 90 days) so thats why i chose Paradox over him. Also, if skillZ is kept on the team, who would IGL the new roster? I also chose Ember to replace skillZ because of the synergy him and Paradox have from their time together on RNT. More is going into this than just raw firepower.
