ur right, cNed is improving on other agents, but he is not quite there yet imo. His Neon and Killjoy are still not very consistent, his sage looks passable at best and then his raze is also very mediocre.
Maybe with the new maps it will change but for now he is still not really the right fit for NaVi
Harbor on Breeze is like a more versatile viper imo, u can get into afterplant scenarios and retake far easier with Harbor than u can with Viper
only thing that Viper can do on breeze that harbor cant is post plant lineups
