Boom is guaranteed 1st place, since a 3-way tie is not possible as DRX and GenG still play on the last week

DRX is guaranteed in playoffs, no chance of higher then 2nd place

GenG are guaranteed in playoffs if they win their next match vs GE

DFM lost the H2H vs GE, so the only chance they have of qualifying are if they beat Boom and PRX, and GE loses both their remaining matches.

PRX are playing the two other teams fighting for the 4th slot, so winning both games guarantees a playoff slot.

GE needs to win their match against GenG and pray that DFM wins their match against PRX. That would guarantee their slot in playoffs without needing the last game.

Tiebreaker possibilities: If GE loses both their games, PRX beats GE, loses to DFM and DFM loses to Boom, it would set-up a 3 way tie for the fourth slot, being decided on Map/Round differential.

Group Omega (DUE TO THE PARITY OF THIS GROUP, THERE'S INFINITE 3+ WAY TIE POSSIBILITIES, WHICH MEANS A LOT OF WHAT I'M ABOUT TO SAY COULD BE THROWN OUT THE WINDOW)

T1 beating RRQ guarantees a top 2 finish, but not first as a 3(or 4)-way tie is still possible.

RRQ needs to win their 2 matches to guarantee a top 4 finish, if Zeta loses tomorrow they guarantee a playoff spot.

Talon can still steal 1st place if they win their 2 matches, even if T1 wins their next match, but there's a lot of tiebreaker scenarios..

Nongshin redforce needs to a simple win against Zeta next week to confirm a top 4 finish,

Zeta has to win their 2 remaining games, especially the game against Nongshin

RRQ played well (last 2 map, 1st map too many throws), and i wont discredit them, but their win against T1 on lotus, partly because T1 played so lost. WTF were they doing???? Arguably, drx could put better fight

With RRQ win against T1, T1 pretty much confirmed to be #2 seeds from omega, which we can assume they would win against alpha #3 then face boom. WHAT IF, T1 already back in their prime form against BOOM, i dont think boom on that level yet against prime T1 . About RRQ, without any discredit to them, but T1 played awful today especially on lotus, just look how many attacking round they were just dry entry because they had no STUN/FLASH and RRQ pretty much just punished them. DRX should be #2 alpha and we assume win against #3 omega to face RRQ, and despite RRQ is #1 seed i still think the odd still favor DRX here. Oh gosh i hope i just overthinking and underestimate RRQ and BOOM, please both of u prove me wrong

1. BOOM champs 2022 run was underwhelming because the team vibes were depressing. They were internally informed that BOOM wouldn’t make it to the franchise league, and some of the players were already out of hope, unsure about their future careers.

2. Both JINGG and SOMETHING were once trialed/considered for BOOM but cancelled, here's why :
   Jingg: Transfer canceled because BOOM could get Berserx and Tehbotol instead (which made the most sense at the time).
   Something: Was in the final selection for BOOM’s upcoming rebuild (around 2023), but it was canceled because the team felt uncomfortable communicating in English (language barrier issues).

3. They’re known for choking hard when it matters most and for being a lower bracket run team. It’s always: easy breeze through the group stage -> choke/lose in the upper semi/final -> lower bracket run with many miracles (never a clean win or loss). We can all agree that IF boom didnt choke against BLEED on ascension 2023 semifinal, they definitely won the final and earn their spot for 2024&2025 league

There was miscommunication between coach and players, players didnt want to play ascent, they havent practice that maps in 2 weeks, let alone they never scrimmed against prx on ascent

Lol then it's nothing compared to chamber meta back then, they were many good+smart sentinel replaced by aim demon if they couldnt play chamber. Similiar happened to neon meta, one of the biggest factors some team choose their duelist was "can he play neon?". At least for those team u mentioned, rather than replacing them they "forced" those players to play the current meta
