Spicyuuu/mindfreak/PRX streamer might watch party it. SEA/Asia in general don’t share the same view as westerners does about Saudi, so expect more asia streamers than EU/US streaming EWC.

CIS partner team can only strive in a game where asian teams gets 1/8 of international slot. Unfortunately RIOT give equal international slot to asian and western teams.
