London already have a history of VISA problem for Russia players (Team Liquid Red Bull Home Ground)
Hope won't be USA (SEA and Russian players VISA absentees).
if 2022 is all about Europe and 2023 Masters Tokyo (Asia), hope Singapore would be next (Asia time zone FTW).

According to Global Contract Database, everyone in current TS roster is contracted till 2026 (4 year contract), so.... we might see 34 year old uncle DubsteP and 37 year old uncle JessieVash playing against a team with someone half their age.

GenG do need a 6th player after iNTRO left...

Really don't understand why people overrate T1 so much. Saya/XETA/Ban r players coming from NA teams, thought biased Americans would vouch for them in same way they think NA should get 6/7 NA teams slots for Americas league. I rate T1 quite high due to this team past history of Cloud9 Korea roster member (XETA/Munchkin/Autumn), unfortunately due to 1 region team rule and unfortunate only 1 KR teams can go to international turney DRX much more refined team from the chemistry CS team days. The availability of C9 Korea talent to sign was huge in East Asia back then.

Yes, we don't know how Carpe would perform, but he surely be a much more improved player when Pacific League start as compare to the upcoming Brazil kick off tournament.

As for Beomjun, he actually already outperform many pros in the T1 tryout, even outperforming the pro who allegedly that got signed to GenG apparently. DRX 6th man Foxy9 already show many glimpses of what he can do and even PRX Cgrs made great impression fragging elims in that 1 game in Japan Riot One event. Patiphan as 6th player is already proven too. Point is A lot of 6th man player can do the job.

When they first announce the partnership for 2023 and the incentive for winning Brazil kick-off turney means u get an extra slot for masters EVERYONE was SLEEPING about the 3+1 Masters slot allocation. Why surprise now?

eKo, iNTRO, k1Ng & TS are on a 1 year contract anyway. These 4 are never a long term signing to begin with.

JP League:
Popogachi: people rarely mentions him, but he's initiator that get many kills occasionally outperforming Meiy and Neth in CR.
SamuraiDeeper: Former OW player, never really has a permanent team only joins mid team in 2-6 months, but been solid in most matches until playing against top JP teams.

Not technically Japanese but Russian: Vici (still not talk about enough).
Vici: mostly play Duo duelist with smth playing Reyna (yes I know), but he can also play skye/chamber/sage, and would be classify under foreign player that has stronger aim than most average player in JP league. If smth and vici can have strong core JP players in Sengoku, team might actually perform better.

Game Changers can also compete in challengers

VCT Americas, EMEA, Pacific, or any region with a team competing in VALORANT Challengers that owns the Game Changers Division may also compete in the VALORANT Challengers at the same time.
※example

The Game Changers division of the teams participating in VCT Pacific can participate in VALORANT Challengers Japan at the same time.

global contract database, Bazzi is listed as Reserve

posted about a year ago

If u check the global contract database, only 7 players are registered there with Bazzi listed as RESERVE on roster status. With monyet the only one contracted until 2025 while the rest 6 on 2024. Also heard that GE is cutting their roster to 6 after Brazil (Guess 7 now).

If masters/champions held in LA (USA), we could very well see not only Russians, but SEA players from Pacific missing due to VISA as well. Masters/Champions should be held in country that has easier/friendlier access to VISA.
