4/5 players with coach are FA, but T1 offer higher salary. T1 and GenG headquarters are like 5mins away, EZ to relocate.
everyone on GenG has contract expire end of Season (yes even solo) apart from Karon (2025). Take t3xture, Meteor, Munchkin and keep stax and iZu.

same people who said T1 fluked their way to Shanghai. Opening split 1, T1 had to play 4 games in 9 days (vs DRX, PRX and losing to DFM) while xccurate had to play those games with injured hand and have to move prac to Basecamp (1 hour away) due to T1 HQ DDOS. Only 2 teams in entire 44 have this schedule btw cause Pacific runs 23 days split 1 instead of 30 days (EMEA, CN, Americas). The loss to DFM costs them champs.

In the valorant pacific coach video Termi did say he give more freedom to the players with the comps they running compared to previous years. It worked in stage 1 against team alpha, but new DRX player isnt upto PRX core synergy standards and choked to GenG in playoff when it matters.
DRX is in rebuilding phase, won't be upto PRX standards for a while and other teams are improving. If result not improving, can see Buzz/Mako leaving next.

if G2 go back to challengers. That's why he's on "bit of a reach" category. Daeda move to T1, any T2 coaches could be persuaded with Tier1 offers. Also G2 beat PRX, so.... CAN Yang would approve.
Solo coaches t3xture amd Lakia back at Dplus/Damwon days, so he already know how to utilise them. New DRX coach have to able to speak korean, and not many have "proven successful" coaching career.

IGL leader haodong not fragging, nobody dealing with anti's/haters, smoggy role swap create inconsistency for other players and after trying to play more western style. The team synergy at an all time low and still declining.
If DRX remove termi, they gonna go from top 4 to top 6 or 8 team + Mako/Buzz leaving next. HIs replacement won't guarantee to be more successful, more likely to do worse (lower expectation).
Mako is stuck IGLing now, IGLing as dome smoker = less fragging. If saya leaves T1 end of season, I assume Buzz will join T1, autumn and Buzz r former Cloud9Korea.DRX is rebuilding, will take a while.
They on rebuilt phase with "new" players. Gonna take a while.
Warbirds coaching style doesn't suit PRX, just look at the pacific coach video when Astel (DFM coach) asking other coaches if their players wants to play like PRX.
DFM vs ZETA gonna have the most viewership.

if rule about 1 import is implemented... then all 10 pacific challengers league will be impacted, then 9 EMEA sub region will impacted, then EMEA will complain how their continent divided into 9 sub region whining about 1 import. Rule should be consistent throughout all region. Its not happening.
DK korea is known to contract jail players. They don't sell their players to other KR org. Its the reason why t3xture had to go GE, Estrella to RRQ and Lakia had to go Free Agent contract expiry to join GenG.

having players like benkai, blazeking means people outside of india will somewhat brings eyes to GE, but having 5 indian players is different story.

those players gonna get comfortable on VCT, not ambitious to go international turney, perform bottom 4 in the league and stayed there with VCT salary. No other team will pick them up and just exists. If GE kicks indian player out, outrage happens but only Indian ppl cares. Just build an Indian/SA ascension team instead, that has more "worth" to be in VCT.
giving India/SA players VCT level salary are massive paycheck stealers.
