guy that leaked it is probably DRX Buddha (therefore credible source). I remember seeing a clip somewhere achilios says buddha likes to leak things, given the position he's in.
T1 (org) and T1 (fans) all liked iZu, His emotional showing after loss against PRX pre much cemented his place in team for years to come. He's only gonna get better and better. iZu is staying.

That’s misinformation been spread out for so long. The “declare” region rule that applies to ban/russ because they have documentation that they were born from Pacific region/have dual citizenship/PR in Asian country. Something and Russian players that play in Japan can’t become APAC players because they don’t have documentation to prove it.
