I think onur was way overconfident on his calls. That's my take on it. I never understood the smoker Mazino call, i think it was wasting the guy talent as a cracked flex/initiatior. Also, not trusting adverso was a pretty bad call but i don't think he had all the responsability of it, if he had any at all.
