Am I tripping or does riot need to get there shit together when it comes to doing ANYTHING AT ALL with deadlock. Like I get that they don't want to buff her so much that she's overpowered, but come on bro. 0% pick rate at champions should have been enough of a sign, but it's been months and still have heard nothing about a deadlock buff from the newest updates. And now, with Cypher possibly becoming meta, her competition is even stronger. tried her out a few weeks ago in unrated and my girlfriend and parents all left and I have been addicted to meth ever since. After careful consideration i have concluded that Goth Girl Sanctuary takes this in a close 3-2 series. all maps go into overtime. My reasoning for this is that GGS has yet to be defeated in their prime, and can study Girl Kisser's few defeats and learn how to take them down. Girl Kissers will not do down without a fight however.

Girl Kissers is a veteran team that rose through the ranks early 2022 and dominated each and every tournament in that respective year, scoring victories over top teams such as OpTic Gaming, LOUD, FPX and even Sentinels. Unfortunately, they did not make franchising and were disbanded. Goth Girl Sanctuary, our current champions is a relatively new team that made a statement to the world with their lower bracket run in Tokyo and their defeat of reigning champions FNATIC 39-0 in the grand finals to take home the trophy with VALORANT's first ever full sweep. They are currently the huge favorites coming into Champions 2023 and rumor has it they haven't lost a single round in scrimms.

My story with premier this season is just a massive yikes. First game we queued with 3 irons a plat and a diamond/ascendent (we are silver/gold), and got destroyed 0-13. Second game was very close (11-13) but we ended up losing after a bit of a comeback on our part. Then one of my friends randomly got banned for 670 hrs (we still don't know why maybe he felt wacky and zany and said something racist) so we can't really play anymore. big uh oh spaghettio moment.

I think Paper Rex are most likely a lock to make it out of groups. As for the rest I am unsure.

I mean group D is pretty cool but i feel like it's a bit overhyped. I was on the group D hype train at first (i was on the D if you will), but the more i look at it the more i feel like group A will be more interesting. Giants and KRU both had insane LCQ runs especially KRU and are riding tons of momentum. Edward Gaming just finished demolishing the top local teams in China only dropping 1 map and Kang Kang is looking insane as always, and Paper Rex are making their first international debut with something, which I'm very hyped for. Group D is filled with teams that are either falling off currently or inconsistent and who knows wtf's going on with LOUD rn while Group A is filled with up and coming teams that have grinded and put in tons of work to get to champs. What do yall think?
D3ffo 100%. From masters winner and champions runner up to struggling in the chinese tier 2 scene is tough to watch honestly. Hope he can find a solid European team to play with
