Also NRG are good on Pearl. They beat Loud on it at lock-in

posted 11 months ago

wdym loud look amazing, they are great but not in the best form by a longshot, they are constantly giving away a map for free and look shaky at best in a lot scenarios. They ultimately win matches but very uncomfortably.

posted 11 months ago

NRG get better by the week it seems and they only get stronger in a playoffs format as other teams' strats get more set and stone/less surprises, which means more anti strat for chet. C9 look like they are at their peak, which is great, but I would not be surprised if present-form NRG beat them now. C9's tactical side especially on attack seems shallow. Their cohesion + leaf on jett seems to be carrying them, but that is something FNS can exploit.

dude dont even bother. ive been trying to figure out simp’s age. surely cant be more than 15. comprehension and attention span so suboptimal

posted 11 months ago

then why even comment, rly thought u hit a banger, just look dumb

posted 11 months ago

yeah and on lotus his KD isnt too impressive but he got so many FB and important OP kills on defense

posted 11 months ago

why do you just say random shit so confidently. he flexed for TL at the beginning. KJ, Kayo, etc

posted 11 months ago

Actually a great list

posted 11 months ago

guard might be dissolving later this year due to financials a lot of reporters have hinted at

guard might be dissolving later this year, reports have said

posted 11 months ago

LOLOLOL

posted 11 months ago

Yes, hes saying that he wants to see deulist variation even if that means chamber is in each comp. TBH I see what he means, seeing jett over and over and two controllers is so boring.

posted 11 months ago

im sorry common sense has evaded you. tell me, why would they show new innovations/higher gear, if they don't need to? for shits and giggles? if they show new ideas/strats don't you think prep-heavy teams like NRG, EG, or whatever would anti-strat tf out of them? If they wait and show new stuff in playoffs or a bigger event like Tokyo, then the surprise factor comes into consideration. nice try with your response tho lil bro. really thought you had something there didn't you

posted 11 months ago

no i compared the situation both teams are in, both are at the top of their own respect leagues. quit straw-manning and thing you made a sick, witty response

posted 11 months ago

it is absolutely true. Why do you think Fnatic or Loud haven't looked much different than lock-in? Because they probably have innovated or have another gear up their sleeves for playoffs or tokoyo. If their lock-in look is good enough to carry them there why show more than they need to? Similarly for G2, M80, and TGRD

posted 11 months ago

the top top teams likely have enough circuit points to auto qual to playoffs so they are likely saving strats or not giving it they're all as there's little on the line for them in these matches.

posted 11 months ago

what a strawman. youre trying to dispute his entire claim by pointing out one good player. ONE IF TEN players. Now i think BCJ AND Ethan are franchise leve but there are better options in ascension than the rest of eg

posted 11 months ago

“hell, it already doesn’t” what are you on about. its been 4 weeks. franchise teams cant be roster swaps, what adverse outcome are you referring to???? please stop overacting. literal 13yr take

posted 11 months ago

the 2nd argument is complete nonsense…”nobody will gove him a chance” LOL. Mental? he already stated his stance on this arrangement with toast. ur reading wayyy too much into this. stop panicking

posted 11 months ago

public eye =/= pros and their perception. u rly think coaches and IGLs dont see his impact. such a low resolution take

posted 11 months ago

not a singleplayer game lil bro

posted 11 months ago

lol what a strawman, bozo. hes just saying to assess his skill level from clips he hit amongst the best players in 2022

posted 11 months ago

been months of practice with a diff IGL. so many factors you are just avoiding

posted 11 months ago

which ones? and on which maps? I dont recall. Can you produce the matches where they used harbor/viper?

posted 11 months ago

feel like ardiis in B. Surely hes not as bad as tenz

posted 11 months ago

Talking about present options, obviously

posted 11 months ago

jinxed what lol, victor played well

posted 11 months ago

In what sense do they "look good" ? minus heroics and pistol, 100T won ONE gun round. on defense they may have won 2 rounds, but barely. This was a DOMINATE performance from NRG in every sense.

posted 11 months ago

100T's site hits kept getting shut down - looked awful. They won a few rounds on attack because of heroics.

posted 11 months ago

bro thought he was onto something with this post

posted 11 months ago

I can't wait!!

posted 11 months ago

100T hits look awful, they got 2 rounds because of heroics. NRG's teamplay just look WAYYY better. If 100T didn't have 2 luck rounds and pistol+freebee, this is so one sided.

posted 11 months ago

they also beat loud at lockin on pearl

posted 11 months ago

thats literally not an ultimatum lol. just an experiment

sadly prod HAS to be in it. whole point in it. so prolly stew, roza, zombs, sin, prod

-ardiis, -victor (pains me to say cuz he's playing so well rn, and ik his impact in calling)

+marved, +sayf

s0m - flex
sayf - duelist/op
marved - controller/lurk
fns - igl/init/sent
crashies - init/sova

The problem rn is they have no dedicated lurker, and ardiis, although a mechanically gifted player seems to not fit in the system.

Thoughts?

posted about a year ago

i was about to say HAAH

posted about a year ago

unless EU import, but I think vic is best flex in NA rn. His help in calling is not often recognized.

posted about a year ago

Yeah sad. But NRG seems to have more success than Liquid (could very well change in future), so maybe Sayf would have a change of heart towards a transfer

posted about a year ago

yeah that would be an INSANE team

posted about a year ago

could be interesting. do we know how good his english is

posted about a year ago

yeah thats why i think its a cool idea

posted about a year ago

hes an entreer and in the past hes been able to flex to init and sentinels and seems super flexible. he seems to fill whatever the team needs like vic. nice condescension at the end, love that

posted about a year ago

yeah Id support that too

posted about a year ago

-ardiis + sayf

sayf is so fluent in english, insanely versatile, and a bump in firepower.

fns
s0m
sayf
crashies
victor

another POTENTIAL upgrade (but vic is playing super well rn) would be:
-vic +yay
sayf takes vic’s role

yay
sayf
crashies
fns
s0m

zander isnt igling anylonger, so hed replace as a player

posted about a year ago

only works in college leagues. bro is suprised he cant get away with these plays

posted about a year ago

no for the team fns is best on intiator. its alot easier, as an igl, to be able to dictate when and how the team gains intel. plus its easier to get a read of the game being IN the lish rather than lurking away from the team. This is why many teams’s IGLs are trying to switch to init

posted about a year ago

WELCOME TO THE BIG LEAGUE. jakee making some college lvl plays and getting punished

posted about a year ago

ah yes, the cherry-picked 1v1 argument. So tell me, should tryouts be a bunch of 1v1s to see who can aim better
