I'd argue pacific pre franchising didn't have many good teams and the Korean ones improved the most. The other subregions are lagging behind which I would not say is a result of franchising because they're given slots, they just haven't done anything with them

3rd place for a new roster against previous international winners is great for the start of the year. They exceeded the expectations of most and will only get better as the year goes on
