for tier 1 scene, what about tier 2 and tier 3? Riot gives incentives to the org and pay them as franchise partners. They are more focus on making a healthy scene for everyone.

honestly idk what happened to doma, but yeah i guess he fell off hard?

People will only go pro if there's money or incentives for them to try. Unless Valve radically change and support their esports scene nothing will change. Unless orgs actually come back to cs nothing will change.

posted about 2 years ago

they won't switch back unless Valve support the pro scene. There's no point being in tier 2 or tier 3 in NA, pretty much jobless with no good salary. As for the asian scene there's pretty much no scene other than like mongolia or china lol

posted about 2 years ago

they only say it to cover up the fact Valve does jack shit to improve the game KEKW . When Valve does they change the narrative.

FNS. His Igling is hard carrying NA atm LMAO who's after fns atm in franchise team? Vanity? Boostio? Dephh? Stellar? KEKW

posted about 2 years ago

yeah but they also get pay more I would think. There's ppl who are free agent/t3 that would go.

posted about 2 years ago

rrq and dfm need to get their shit together realized they need some better players.

posted about 2 years ago

they will switch only when orgs start investing in the scene. They go where the money is that's pretty much for anything. A lot of the reason why ppl move to Valorant in the beginning is cause of this. Cs aside from tier 1 scene needs more help/support from Valve.

https://upcomer.com/riot-games-valorants-women

From the article:
Female representation in major esports has been historically small in many other games, including League of Legends. That wasn’t the case with VALORANT. 30 to 40% of VALORANT players are female, according to Archambault. That player base has made it clear that they want a seat at the table when it comes to shaping the VALORANT ecosystem.

this is for valorant. Obviously riot don't release hard numbers but you can clearly see it in in what they try to do with gameschanger and also in valorant games just more girls playing in general.

? there's women in asia too lol. Half the world population is women. They're doing both. Riot games have world wide appeal and they market their games like that. Which is why they will always be more popular than Valve games.

posted about 2 years ago

yes this is why riot games are easier to get into for casual audience. They also try to appeal to the chinese mareket cause they're a huge chunk of the world population.

posted about 2 years ago

this is right lmao . The general gist is Riot is very good at marketing the game to wide variety of audience. A lot more women play their games as a result. I mean think about it women makes up half the world population. Imagine closing off that entire market. Riot also makes them game easier to get into reaching the casual audience which is the majority.

Chronicle is the only goat with lan wins to back them up. He currently the sole holder of two vct titles...

posted about 2 years ago

well wrongski the oce player was apparently not there and he's on their starter.

posted about 2 years ago

i mean tbh that's how it should be. It makes being a tier 1 pro that much more worth while. People have to actually work really hard to make it.

posted about 2 years ago

aliens will be attending their first lan KEKW

posted about 2 years ago

lol i'm not sure if RA will be good enough to qualify in time.

greatest goat of all time: Chronicle

posted about 2 years ago

everyone talk about being number 1 but chronicle is the sole holder of 2 titles so he has facts/data to back him up.

whz team better qualify this time around if not disband and get better players for whz...

posted about 2 years ago

they will be by the time tokyo master come. I've watched the chinese league their teams are getting better and more consistent. FPX might get replaced by another number two and edg will get even better.

posted about 2 years ago

fr, teams like koi and karmine corp and liquid has clout but they're so bad atm. Navi has like no fans sadly, only fnatic is decent.

chinese teams > zeta truth.

most surprising was talon and team secret.

actually would have preferred seeing this than empty stadium.

posted about 2 years ago

I'd rather the crowd all stay and booed fnatic then leave tbh KEKW

posted about 2 years ago

The S tier teams can. The thing is lock in is still a single elimination tournament. Valorant requires a lot of strat and counterstratting.

posted about 2 years ago

japan needs to do a bluelock, they will get their super team soon.

Derke unlocked the zone. Guy actually just activated after 9 3 half.

I mean imagine this even had Gen G knock out loud and all the BR teams lost early LMAO

posted about 2 years ago

Cauauzin was literally the reason loud even made it this far. They were gonna lose to NRG if it wasn't for his play.

posted about 2 years ago

not a surprised

posted about 2 years ago

LMAO OWN THESE FRAUDS LETS GOOO

posted about 2 years ago

caucuzin and tuyz are both insane pickups for loud, i'm afraid NA orgs might want them in the future.

posted about 2 years ago

cuanzin wasn't the problem. He played amazing. Loud just couldn't close out a 9 3 that's on them as a team.
