i have balls and dash in a rat spot u wont panick dismiss and youll get one before refracting
she can do damage and dismiss if youre good mechanically and k where to dash or stun if theres a smoke near site she can dash there
u overestimate how fast people reacts to waylay dash and what i mean with jett is that if she waste all her cloudbursts to surviv she will still have to get a kill if no one entry with her like waylay without dismiss
how is waylay ult cosmetics??? u either get out of the site with barely any time or u stay stunned for 7 sec and get runned over
waylay has more chance of surviving than jett tho
but once jett dash fades she has to stay surviv and waylay can dash anywhere in some isolated corner get a kill then dismiss
