dicey definitely has what it takes to be tier one but he needs the experience. putting him on a tier one org with a tier two reputation is good because the expectations are non-existent so he can learn and have lots of recourses available to him. He wasn't dropped from 100T because he was bad, he was dropped because he wasn't flexible/inexperienced and a player that you can't miss out on was ASKING to join the org.

Sinatraa might end up taking the offer if the paycheck is big enough and he thinks that their is potential. He lost his place on SEN and other rosters are already making some pretty long-term changes so i have the feeling that not that many teams will be looking to pick him up (also his reputation will not be the best at the time) i think its the perfect risk that EG needs to make.

the third could be anyone that fits the role, should 100% be someone experienced though (former 1.6 vet or something) and can teach concepts to the less experienced in a fast but detailed way. Potter should also retire and move to assistant coach. Temp and Aleks have some pretty crazy potential, as seen on the former MR roster and I think its the same situation with dicey. The roster will probably not make top 3 or 5 but i think it will be a good start to reviving their presence in the scene.

yea. atm EU has more teams that could have probably won if they were to go to masters right now, but i feel that NA has the most potential in teams like NV, C9, TSM, 100T, IMT, etc... who in my opinion, haven't reached their peak yet (excluding TSM). You could say that EU has stronger teams now but once these guys fix their flaws, then the "region wars" will be the most intense they have ever been.
