He was former pro csgo player. TSM don't have a good IGL. Hazed did a mediocre job igling and it was indeed mostly cutlers fault. But they would have eventually lost to another team even without cutler since they dont have much experience with Brax. But now they lost and Hazed took over Cutlers position of IGling, they are most likely going to drop cutler and are going to scrim and practice with brax and pop off next tourney they play.

It's the most important tournament so they will use the team they are most comfortable with. Once this tournament ends, they will probably drop cutler and start practicing with brax for future tourneys.

None of the matches today mattered for NA. Its for seeding and none of the teams care about seeding. NV had their duelist Victor playing skye and breach which he had never done before and had FNS on omen when FNS is their sentinel player. NV was just trolling so don't take the matches seriously.
