I think you at least give virtyy a chance because last year during split 2 he wasn't even that bad, I think its just a result of bad igl'ing and very poor initiator play. But if even after that he doesn't play well then he should be replaced.

I think one way to make it better is have it so that there are 4 tier 2 teams or something that start in the middle bracket so you have the teams that won the first match but lost the second one fall to middle round 2 instead of middle round 1 which would feel more fair imo. Ofc riot would have to adjust the bracket a little but I think this would be a good change.
