I think that VCT Challengers will include mostly unsigned roster just s the VOT has been working for now. I've heard some stuff about the following orgs;

OCE has a competitive pathways group called OC10M as well as the FACEIT equivalent called LPL. LPL is a thriving community with lots of extremely strong teams atm.
