I think omen is good as is, he's played a lot and doesn't need changes imo.
astra, on the other hand, was heavily nerfed some time ago and hasn't been a good pick since, giving her another star and having her recall smokes last longer wouldn't be unjust.

clove and brim are fine, maybe the range on clove's decay could be better and her smokes could last longer.

viper and harbor are alright.

On paper, you'd be right, but I've seen iso players with great aim play like shit, iso's downsides vastly outweigh his positives

His double tap is shit at anything other than peeking an op,
