combining 5 star players in a roster is not going to magically make an S-tier roster.

team chemistry matters just as much, if not more, than individual skill. look at EG for example. they didn’t really take off until they added Demon1 to the roster, at the time an unproven player, and even though they still have boostio, com, and jawgemo on the roster, 3 players that people see as T2, these guys have a better record than SEN.

stop assuming that good players from other rosters mashed up into 1 make a fantastic roster. NRG kept their core and still had a rough start. LOUD never fell off because they picked up 2 newcomers rather than finding another star player to add. C9 shit the bed, dropped yay and vanity, added 2 T3 talents, and are now possibly the best team in Americas. i know it’s VLR but let’s be realistic here and stop expecting star rosters to drop 13-0s against teams with actual team chemistry.
