sayonara is already cracked. I cannot wait to see him play on stage
aim trainers and having routines you do in game are two different things that are working towards the same goal. Some people just respond better to the trainers better and some to in game exercises/routine. I don't make the rules it's just how it goes
it's just how the brain reacts to stimuli and how that translates over then becomes muscle memory.
It could just not register as well for someone using an aim trainer vs grinding the game.
Sometimes just grinding the game and trying to learn good habits as opposed to carrying bad habits through could help a lot more
One thing I realised is whenever I was consistently going to the gym, sleeping well and had a set aim routine followed by max 3-4 games is when I was shooting very well so just make sure you do those things and just play the game out with planned practice you should start doing well.
It's assisted squats I used to play under-19 cricket and needed strong legs for fast bowling I just used to exercise according to what I was given from the Team PTs. Also suffered a muscle tear with a lower back disc herniation that all together once healed up kinda left me plateuing
I highly doubt it, it'll take them a year ish to work up to consistent good results, they do have the money and the means to get better quicker though

I get 250-340fps on val and play stretched on 1568x1080. I do get the same performance on native to +- 10-20 fps

Ion2x is too young for the league, Sacred initially looks really good but their are better players for the role and imo Jerrwin could be perfect
initial was probably getting though that first 1-2 weeks of pain.
and then my proudest moment was getting my PB on the leg press (was at 450lbs[204kg]) since then I have plateu'd a bit T-T

when I started up for that first week I really just worked on making sure my form was as technically correct as my body allowed it to be. And once I got that down testing my 1RM and starting with every exercise usually being 3 sets of 10 and going from there. That being said what works for me may not work for you. In the gym you go to, just ask people for help and the gym community is usually very helpful so you should be fine. Also main a diet relevant to what you want. Bulking, Shredding or maintaining and count your calories
it's a shame cuz Jerrwin would be good for the scene at that level too
