I just throw a couple bucks here and there on teams with awful odds and it just works out since upsets happen a decent amount. Most i've bet on a game is 5 bucks and im up like 130 all time rn

creatine just helps get more water into your muscles and retain that. Only negative is cost if you don't want to buy it. I take it post workout cause it also helps with recovery. I wouldn't say there's no use in it but it isn't nearly as important as protein.

I love Carpe but yah it needs to be Sylvan all the time. I swear 6 man rosters never work. The players worry too much about keeping their spot rather than winning, and it isn't even their fault for that

zellsis was his round against NRG when he was on C9 where he got breach ult after plant in a 1v2 and didn't realize. Not really a throw cause it would've been like a 1v3 clutch but still would've had a better chance to win
