longer delays mean he can't talk to his chat, that's the reason most people don't want to put delay on their stream. and also, if he doesn't start with the delay he needs to restart stream and just leads to bad viewer experience.

2 players are not the whole roster, and with 3/5 players you still have majority of your roster.

3/5 is too less but 4/5 is too much. it makes off-season roster building very restricted in terms of freedom in signing players.
