Go do or play something else then. Not everyone can play the same game for years and enjoy themselves. Just reality. And not really an indication of the quality of the game.
In gc, nah, it's the first. Outside of gc, they've lost plenty.
Anykey is terrible. Which i already know. Seems others feel the same.

which implies it wasn't only malibu cheating. Or others knew of her cheating since that would need to be comm'd.
what is happening?
In what world does sideshow look stupid?? Did you even watch the video? Because he makes it very clear all the issues he pointed out are very fixable for tenz but it'll require some work in the off-season. That's it. There's nothing to look stupid about.
interesting how this result is here before the game has finished on stream...
huh?? why would it be a joke/meme?
Read through it earlier. His own fault really.
Dont like the out-of-context clip either. Post full convo if you wanna come across as genuine.
V1 at 180, Shopify at 120, Complexity at 110, Wingman patrol(3 ex X-set players) far back at 80. Basically, assuming V1 win, wingman patrol would need to massively outperform Shopify/complexity to qualify. Otherwise it'll be whoever does better between complexity and shopify. If anyone else wants to qualify, they basically have to win this tournament (small chance that EG could also qualify with second place finish if Shopify/complexity basically bomb out of playoffs).

Yup. Don't get too invested in any discussion here. Nothing good will come of it.
Manga. Issue with the anime is that because they want it running year long, it runs at snail speed to not pass the manga. I stopped watching at close to 900 episodes but there was literally 4-5mins of recap every episode iirc. Gonna eventually return and read the manga when it's closer to completion since the story is genuinely pretty good/entertaining. (i dont regret watching the anime btw. But yea, definitely too much of a time investment if you only just now intend to get into one piece)
Would be a lot of work for not much payoff(if not just straight loss) with esports in its' current state. Would have to be a passion project.
"The sources who contacted this publication stated that the organisation may still elect to ask for buyouts for each of the players, potentially as a tactic to ensure that they donβt find suitable teams ahead of the Valorant season"
Uhh, hello? Seems reasonable be pissed about that.
In 2024 sure, but not in 2023. Plenty of players were still making more than that.
They're definitely much worse than they used to be.
I'm not the biased one here.
You're coping with the champs placement. They placed 9th-12th, same as NRG. They clearly looked better at the end of the year but overall, NRG definitely had a better year. Not that it's much of an accomplishment as they both had mediocre years.
Can't wait tbh. Should be a great episode.
If there's anything I've learned from this year, it's to not underestimate any team no matter how bleak/unpromising things look from the outside and outset of their season. I'm gonna go into 2024 believing any team can do damage. Definitely looking forward to watching Americas next year.

If you have the patience to actually read. There it is. Still a fan of this EG roster but definitely not a fan of the org.
Who cares? He's cemented his name in valorant history. That isn't gonna change, no matter what happens after today/this year.
Have no idea whether or not other pros would have the same amount. It's 833 days in playtime. Idk that doesn't seem that crazy to me tbh. Over the course of 3.5 years in high school, I had over 350 days playing WoW lol (yes, I had no life). And I played other games too. I can see other pros having similar amounts but maybe not.
Yes. Genetics. You could do that 20k hours. But you would (most likely) never be anywhere as close to as good as him. Anyone playing at the highest level in any form of competition in any game/sport is a monster genetically speaking. It requires hard work of course but (talent+hard work) > (hard work).
Can't copy the genetic settings unfortunately lol.
Well, both EG and PRX got owned by Loud on split. Loud probably have the best split in the world atm. So I think it's a reasonable pick.
It's confirmed there's a showmatch on new map before finals start right? Is that just influencers/random pros?
Yea, I'm not dealing with your results only based analysis. You're completely disregarding the incredible level of improvement other players have made. Demon1 is one guy. He played well in tokyo but it was the others, particularly boostio, who carried in tokyo. And even here in champions, while demon1 has stepped it up massively, he wouldn't be able to carry without the efforts of his team.
ONE player can not carry a team on their own. The improvement seen in the overall EG squad is because of great fundamental coaching and improvement over time. I'm done arguing with you.
Goodbye.
Not brain washed. And look who's talking about bias. As if just listing their stat wins over total games actually gives appropriate context to what they've accomplished. The teams they've faced this year are on a completely different level to the teams they faced as a squad last year. The addition of two players, no matter how skilled, do not make a squad improve this dramatically. It's obvious potter has played a big part. Idk how you can be so delusional.
You're the brainwashed one.
edit: keep that same energy and the potter slander up tho, I'm sure with time, people's assessment of her value as a coach will just be proven even more and more
Sure because it's that simple. Such a silly take. Demon1 is extremely gifted but we've seen plenty a time where extremely gifted individuals aren't able to shine without the right system to set them up. And what about the other four players? Ethan sure but the other 3 were literally thought of as trash prior to and for a significant portion of the season. This team didn't magically come together because of Demon1. It was all their efforts but absolutely at the forefront was great coaching from potter and other EG staff.
Nonsensical to think otherwise.
Because no one does at this point. On broadcast or off(platchat). It's just her handle.
Maybe I missed the reason during the break between games but why is sideshow casting now instead of hypoc?
I say 0% chance it's not in APAC. Probably korea.
From this tournament? Definitely not. This is a ranking for champions alone.
I do understand your point. But even as an EG fan, I disagree. Do i think EG's path was significantly less difficult than the others? Not in the case of PRX and thinking about it more maybe(big maybe) Fnatic.
But loud? Loud had to contend with Liquid, DRX, and NAVI in groups. Obviously liquid didn't show up in good form but both NAVI/DRX looked good. Then in playoffs, Fnatic, PRX and EDG. Both PRX and Fnatic were tournament favorites on paper coming in and now they're in top 4. I think making a thread about it is dramatic but completely understandable, that is definitely a hard path when considering how strong people perceive all these teams as.
Also, I don't think there's any argument at all for EG having the most difficult path. To suggest it sounds ridiculous tbh.
I don't really understand what you're thinking tbh. EG opponents were FPX, FUT, EDG, DRX. Strongest opponents on that list in my perception are EDG/DRX. All the other teams have opponents that match those and exceed the others. PRX is the one team that is close. Both PRX/EG beat FUT and EDG. But I think with top 4 settled, most would see LOUD/KRU to be overall more challenging than DRX/FPX but honestly it's close.
With Fnatic/Loud, I don't think it's comparable and I'm not sure what you're confused about. Especially with Loud.
