They were third but they were a third that was FAR FAR OFF the top 2, especially by champions (honestly zeta were probably better at that point too). I think it's too soon to say but with how they currently look, perhaps they can get closer or surpass DRX/PRX with time.

Well, you could argue that is the logical choice from a roster performance perspective. But I do think it's hasty. I think letting tenz stay in to play smokes for a while is an okay decision. See how he performs and re-asses if things are dire (does not look like that will happen at all currently). And benching tenz is absolutely wrong from a financial perspective. He is the sentinels brand at this point. They don't really mention how important that is on plat chat too often but it really isn't something that can be ignored, especially in the esports winter.
Watched that 30min interview of him with tom. Seems like a chill and low-ego veteran. After yesterday, feeling very good about him and T1 overall for next season.

Not only that. He is still cracked aim wise. So it is possible for him to improve as a supportive player(which fits his play-style better) and be one of the best in the world again.
If they choose to start zellsis, then pancada definitely won't be starting in 2024 unless something crazy happens last minute with NRG/EG. All the Brazillian/Latam/other NA rosters are already settled and they aren't gonna switch it up in the next two months even if pancada is totally free. Maybe he'll be able to transfer to a different team during the season if their roster isn't working out.

That's not a reasonable expectation. The difference in popularity of Valorant in the Americas vs every where else is nothing at all compared to the popularity of LoL in China/Korea vs every where else. Add on the cultural differences (in terms of esports acceptance and work ethic) and infrastructure differences (mainly in latam vs KR/CN), there is no way you can ever expect the chinese/korean domination you see in LoL to be replicated by the Americas region in valorant, even if it is 2-3 regions combined.
Tournament needs 16 teams (12 at least if they can't do more).
Combination of EG playing much better than they did here in Brazil (and not just because of keenc) and shopify playing much worse than they usually do in NA series 3 finals.

This simply isn't true. Did you actually even watch the podcast? The majority of the teams in LCK are net negative currently. That's why they've chosen to start restructuring the financials of the league coming into 2024 and set salary caps/luxury taxes. Unless you're doing that stupid thing where you're referencing the overarching mother company when we're clearly just talking about the esports division/teams of said companies.

Probably not. Also, not too many teams that are so reliant on a single player for macro play. Usually it's a combination of jungler/support/mid-laner. In the early days(when the game was very different from now), he was just soooooo much better than anyone else in the world. Carried primarily by destroying other players in lane and went around murdering people through picks.

I think that in challengers, unlike partnership, you can have a regular team and a gc team (if they qualify) compete. I think I remember reading that somewhere in the past but not sure where. I'll have to look for a source on that but they should be okay if I'm not mistaken.
They definitely do not use the same rules for partnership. An org cannot have two teams in partnership.
There will be no issue and the MxS roster won't be in danger. The ex-V1 players haven't suddenly changed their agenda. They will play to get into challengers next year and if they do, their current contracts will have to contingencies to let them out OR the contracts will already be ending before challengers begin. They aren't idiots. They aren't gonna sign contracts that prevent them from going for their main goal.
Be reasonable. One player doesn't take a team from being 0-13'd to literally the best in the world. Demon1 was a huge reason of why they made their run but the entire team as a collection (and individually) improved a significant amount. Potter, C0m, Jawgemo and whatever else they throw together can't be expected to be world beaters (especially with little to no support staff which seems to be the case because EG lol) BUT, there's just no way anyone can believe they'll suddenly be an F tier team.
Top of C, low B is realistically where things should land if any imagined roster doesn't over/under-perform.
