Not that weird. Esports market is very volatile. You fly high you get shot, you fly low you survive. Look at chet and mCe, they bet high with superteams, failed and now they are jobless. In valorant you can't guarantee success just because you have a good team so it's not really stupid to be humble and work on an org that respects you and has a good relationship with you.
EG stuck with her as a player and as a coach when she wasn't doing so great, I think she is just reciprocating the favor now. Also, I think she has a very good relationship with the org and she is comfortable with the project. She knows they won't cut her haphazardly for bad results, the org doesn't have high expectations since they don't spend big money.

yoru is NOT a movement agent. It fits more of a tactical and support playstyle alongside the entry duelist.
Koala is basically a cNed 2.0. OP heavy duelist who is great at jett but not so great at other movement agents. Also, Ange1 needs a duelist who will run it down and get 30 kills for him just how FNS and Boaster like their duelists. He has no use for a tactically sound player like koala. Even though I think koala is a great player, I don't think this move makes any sense from any of their pov.
