Because of how the format is no franchised team wants to scrim another franchised team since they are gonna meet at least once during the split. Even NRG chet complained about not having prac partners to test out gekko. You guys know how EG made a 10 men roster so that they could check the efficacy of their strats? Well SEN could do the same with how many former/current FPS players they have under contract. It's not ideal but surely it's better than not practicing at all right?

Dephh led a top 2 team in NA last year! Also, SEN have 2 players who are used to comming in an entirely different language. In can't be easy to manage all that and be on top of your game at the same time. It will obviously get better with time but rn they for sure have some team chemistry issues that we just can't fathom from the outside.

Who would you replace him with? If IGLing is the concern then putting inexperienced sacy in IGL and hoping for the best doesn't seem like a safe nor a good idea! Also, Dephh led a top 2 team in NA last year, I would have liked valyn but there were no clear better choices over him in NA imo.
