1. Research the company well, and find out about your role
2. Look at the opening's requirements and write down how you meet or exceed them -- writing it down will help you remember them. No need to rehearse them, just remember them as to talk about them in a casual manner

prepare some examples

3. You love team work
4. You are great at receiving feedback
5. No need to smile, but it helps
6. Listen first, don't interrupt (or not too often)

Don't be afraid of going back to previous points if you have something worth saying about them, just because the interviewer has passed that topic, doesn't mean you can't speak about it

These are just meant to build on your knowledge, once you have these, you'll feel comfortable answering other questions. Being prepared helps with confidence.
