I'd keep iZu and Meteor for sure!
Only players I'd be willing to part from is Buzz, stax and Sylvan.
BUT even then, these 3 players are so good that it'd be hard to replace them.

Honestly, I'd keep them as they are. Hope that they keep working on themselves

A few teams getting stronger like TE, BLG, XLG, Wolves.
Unfortunately with china, the results are often predictable which makes it a bit boring.

EDG just farming china these past few years.

I'm so excited to see this agent in pro play! Curious as to what these teams will come up with (just like with Tejo, a great addition).

Just hope that by the time we get to Masters, she'll be balanced enough (if she does end up being crazy strong)

SEN won. A deserved win
Though I am of the opinion that 2024 was a rather weak year.
Doesn't make the win any less valuable. The players and the orgs got the money, the trophy and the title.

When will she be available in esports play?

posted 5 months ago

Thats such a dumb question.
You'll have salty kids crying and calling everything a Mickey mouse tournament as long as their team doesn't win.

Let's be real here... G2, T1, VIT, EDG and DRX are all such strong teams. It's quite impressive for a team to beat each

posted 5 months ago

No such thing unfortunately

posted 5 months ago

I feel you. I think my brain is fried

posted 5 months ago

What are some players you're watching out for? Potential players to join tier 1 next year and who've been performing well so far.
I guess that includes tier 2 Japan considering the amount of Koreans there.

posted 5 months ago

Better team. That's about it
If I were a PRX fan, I'd be incredibly annoyed at their stupidity. 0 roster changes
Get rid of this useless coach

posted 5 months ago

Would be really good to see such an amazing player back!
I hope is doing well

posted 5 months ago

Don't 4 teams per region qualify for Toronto and Paris?

posted 5 months ago

Cool story, anyways
Quite cool to see Koreas getting into the mix for trophies

posted 5 months ago

My guy, stop leaking Riots totally realistic script!
They'll sue you

posted 5 months ago

The time of CN and Korea's has come!

posted 5 months ago

From their performance in playoffs, I feel like this is a good list ranking the players from best to worst. Thoughts in changes?

  1. Meteor
  2. iZu
  3. Buzz
  4. Sylvan
  5. Carpe
  6. Stade

My main issue with stax is his lack of performance on his Sova.

posted 5 months ago

Yeah, EMEA is pretty much done for unless VIT wake up.
They lack so much synergy. Nice putting together a super team but it'll likely always lack something.

posted 5 months ago

Not the best but my top 3 for sure!!!
I mean c'mon! VIT, DRX, EDG, G2 and T1 man!
For the first time in a while, I felt like any of these team could beat the others.
Was and will be a SUPER competitive year!

posted 5 months ago

Yes, Korea's really is getting there.
2 more years of Korean talent and you'll get a Korean team in each grand finals

posted 5 months ago

EDG is very good. Top tier
Deserved their champs win and NGL, was who I expected to win this tournament.
TE would get beat by EMEA, PACIFIC and Americas #4

CN is getting better but not that much better.

Holy sht take

posted 5 months ago

Thats a funny joke.

posted 5 months ago

Based!
Lock-in grand finals was top tier!
This event had 5 CRAZY good teams. At no point during this event was I certain who'd end up winning (between these 5 teams) or even making it to the finals.
Unlike many other events where it's often obvious.

My tierlist before the event:

  1. EDG
  2. VIT
  3. G2
  4. DRX
  5. T1
  6. TL
  7. SEN
  8. TE

Actual tierlist after the event:

  1. T1
  2. G2
  3. EDG
  4. VIT
  5. DRX
  6. TL
  7. SEN
  8. TE
posted 5 months ago

Nah.
Let's be real here... G2, DRX, VIT, T1 and EDG all look incredibly even.
Meta change, one player in top form. Any small thing could get one of these teams to take that W

posted 5 months ago

Let them cry. Riddled with children
It was a banger match. Both teams looked amazing

posted 5 months ago

Tbf, the power gap between #1 and #2 is incredibly big for all regions except for Pacific

posted 5 months ago

This capitalisation on each word is the kinda sht I did when I was 14... Please stop

posted 5 months ago

Hey, at least it's not the USA

posted 5 months ago

I felt that pain watching the highlight replays.
I was like "nope, that's gg". Good thing I kept on watching haha

posted 5 months ago

If I dare say, the was the most competitive tournament of Valorant I've yet to see

posted 5 months ago

G2 not winning, which is an absolute W
T1 winning, which is an absolute W

But most importantly, an absolute BANGER of a grand finals! Pure cinema.

posted 5 months ago

Can't pick one team. I always go for multiple teams and when they play against each other, I don't bother to watch cause I don't want either team to win/lose against one another.

VIT, FNC, NAVI, T1, DRX, NS, GENG

posted 5 months ago

Think they'll manage to beat the big 4?
DRX, EDG and VIT defeated.
Due to map pool choice by G2, it'll honestly be a tough battle.
Still, they've got the Faker of Valorant on their team (Meteor) so it is doable!

posted 5 months ago

Which idiot said that?
Wait, we're on vlr.gg, my bad

posted 5 months ago

People are probably sick of the EDG dck riders

posted 5 months ago

Both T1 and VIT losing made me sad.
Now I've got hope

posted 5 months ago

T1: Try to win a duel
EDG: Try to win an eco round

posted 5 months ago

T1 and VIT both playing today...
T1 I expect to lose hard but VIT... Please don't send both my teams to the lower bracket.

posted 5 months ago

I assume you skipped 2024.
How can you get bored at masters Bangkok when we had to sit through an entire year of sht gameplay and inconsistency (apart from GenG)

posted 5 months ago

Derke

posted 5 months ago

None. Once EDG falls, it's over
Future of Valorant is looking Korean. Korea's is looking very even in skill (4 entire teams). A top Pacific level of skill.
Now give another year or 2 and you'll get 1-2 super teams who'll likely make it top4 at internationals everytime and likely win.

posted 5 months ago

Someone got mad. I mean hey, you asked for it and I answered.
Don't ask for it if you know you'll end up whining : )

posted 5 months ago

In all seriousness, VIT has the be the team with the most aura this year.

posted 5 months ago

I mean hey, I'd be happy if they do! Rooting for em over EDG and G2, that's for sure

posted 5 months ago

You're no older than 15yo

posted 5 months ago

T1 beating DRX first minor upset in Bangkok right?
I mean we saw them loose 3-2 against DRX in Pacific Grand Finals so I assume they're also pretty good. Definitely best of the #2 teams.
Though thoughts on them winning against EDG, G2 or VIT?

My odds are:
T1 v G2 - 30/70
T1 v EDG - 20/80
T1 v VIT - 20/80

posted 5 months ago

I watch CSGO, LoL and Valorant. Used to go for overwatch back when it was still a good game with a proper e-sport.

posted 5 months ago

China has always been a one team region. Obviously their #1 is crazy good as we all know.
Convinced that NS and GenG would also destroy CN #2 though.
Meanwhile, with the current Korean talent in tier 1 as well as all currently showing up in tier 2.

If anyone deserves it's own region, it'd be Korea's. Hopefully for such a change in the future ngl

Take still applies.
