I don't know if is a good coach, at least he is not getting results as good as he was getting while coaching giants, but the way he aproaches to some players (avova) makes the player to downgrade their level, of course is not only pipson the reason G2 is not finding any succes, but is one of the problems to solve looking forward into franchises

Avova is the best controller in EMEA, the problem is pipson who doesnt understand how to use him, literally once pipson joined G2 avova started playing bad
