Here's the harsh truth. If you want to your team to win you have to entertain the idea of dropping boaster or moving him to coach. Before FNS retired from NRG I couldn't tell you who I'd replace him with, but look how worked out in the end. No matter how you look at it, going -30 in the last two finals is one of the reasons fnatic hasn't won anything this year.
