yeah im guessing the op meant 3 actually since she already has 3 combined basically just allowing her to regen slows. but then she will also be able to use 3 heals or slows off start of round which might actually make her viable ngl
its a buff. gives her regen for her slows and heal with combined charges. because this means sage will have at least 2 slows or heals to start then have another every 40 seconds.
